TripAdvisor recently released a list of most popular beaches in Indonesia, the choice of users from around the world. Average of the most popular beach in Indonesia according to this list are the beaches in Bali and Lombok. What are they?

Where your goals, if you have the opportunity to visit the island of Lombok? If you do not have a definite goal, according to friends who live in the city of Mataram, with a period of 2 (two) days to visit all areas of tourism in Lombok, of course minus the Rinjani mountain climbing or stay on the island of Gili Trawangan.

Below I will present some of the areas worth a visit (though I also have not had time to visit all of them), according to tourism brochure which I get from my hotel:

. Suranadi. Here there is a complete hotel with warm water swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also the oldest Hindu temple, located 17 km if the ride vehicle from Mataram.

. Lingsar. Temples with sacred fish in the pond, the location of 9 km with a drive from the city of Mataram.

. Narmada. Lombok Botanical Gardens, with a swimming pool, and there are Hindu temples are often used for Hindu worship, location 12 km by road from the city of Mataram.

. Batu Bolong. There is a temple upon a rock that juts into the sea, and if the weather is sunny can see Mount Agung on Bali island, and great to see the scenery at sunset. Location 8 km by road from the city of Mataram. To enter the area, then we are obliged to wear yellow ribbons of fabric (can be rented on site), which fitted waist. Beautiful scenery here, the sea broke through the rock between the holes, making a sound gemerosak. Unfortunately when I come here, the weather is still cloudy after the rain, but the scenery was beautiful. The sun peeked between the clouds, and the reflected light falls in sea water.

. Senggigi. Natural white sandy beaches are clean, surrounded by hotels, inns and bungalows. Very beautiful, especially if time is sunrise and sunset. Location 10 miles by car from Mataram. On ?the beach a lot of souvenir hawkers, freshwater cultured pearls in the form of the colorful, ranging from the price of 25.000, – Also vendors shirt that said Lombok and Senggigi, Lombok and engraving on wood, can be a place of fruit, masks and others.

. Sire Beach. Marine park with exotic coral and fish that swim to and fro. Located 36 miles by car from Mataram.

. Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan. Heaven in the north of Lombok island, surrounded by marine park. Here many people diving and surfing. In this island has many hotels and inns, so they can stay here, the beach is still the original. To reach this location could use a motor boat.
