Trains have played an important part in our life and therefore most people are emotionally attached to train travel. Amtrak is now celebrating National Train Day where they will provide some great information and exhibits to the people. There are many ways that you can try out if you want to be a part of Amtrak National Train Day.

This will be a memorable event for Amtrak as they will be bringing all the old memories together for millions of people that have shared some of their memorable moments during their train travel. To make this event better Rosario Dawson joins Amtrak to celebrate National Train Day. According to Amtrak the celebrations will begin in New York City and also in various other cities like Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles. There will be many other events that will happen and passengers who would like to enjoy it can participate in it. Sharing more about her train experience Rosario Dawson said that she has always remembered her train travels as they were better than any other experiences.

Amtrak will bring together some of the best information that they can provide to the people. The event will also have various exhibits like train equipment displays where they will showcase some of the train equipments from passenger and freight trains. There will be a Kids Depot available for the kids as well where kids can learn and explore more about the trains on their own. There will be miniature models of new and old trains that Amtrak will showcase to the passengers. All the exhibits will be available in the New York City and Chicago on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
